Hello Everyone,
We have good news for you today! We've put in place a fix for the
intermittent slow indexes into production and it seems to be doing the
trick. Positive feed-back has started to come in and we're of course
glad to see that. However, if you're still experiencing trouble with the
slow indexes we'd like to hear from you via any one of our support
methods: email, support forum, or a phone call.
As an aside, we're going to be pushing out a small link on our pages
next week that will allow you to report any sort of problem with a
particular page you're on. Whether that may be slow load times,
incorrect formatting, etc. Attached to your feedback will be all of the
important information regarding the page to help us in troubleshooting.
We like to be proactive in finding issues and with your continued
assistance we hope to nip these things in the bud even faster. We'll
post more about this as it's ready to be rolled out.
As always, Thanks for being a member of EasyNews!
