The admins are investigating the examples of missing parts on the web
that have started in May.  There has been some ground made here and
more examples are proving helpful to pin point the root cause.  We're
seeing fewer incompletes over the past couple of days, which is a good
sign.

We are still researching the issues of slow index loading from page to
page when loading groups.  It seems to be fleeting as it is quick for
some and very slow for others.  We are working on some error logging
ideas here to help pinpoint what is causing this.

We are still gathering more logs and examples of thumbnails generating
the error stating there is an unrecognizable codec or corrupt binary
when it doesn't seem to be the case.   As downtime b/w the new
hardware integration is occurring, this issue is being researched as
well.
