For those having problems with speeds from the EU NNTP servers, our
admins discovered a problematic backend server.  This has now been
reported as fixed and EU speeds should be back to normal.

The autounrar backlog is still present.  This is due to omitting all
files that were over 2GB in size when we initially caught up from the
prior backlog and reintroducing them to the autounrar process.  Our
processes are set to not only tackle old files, but new files as well.
New files should be appearing along side the older 2GB+ sized files. A
delay is expected since for new files appearing as not all resources
are dedicated to new files.

Our admins are also currently investigating the indexing issues
affecting certain groups and some random thumbnail issues.
