As per Boromir's post, our first wave of new hardware installation is
complete.  We've made some huge progress this week in clearing the
autounrar backlog and the subsequent thumbnail backlog that occurred
as we blew through the autounrars.

We're not out of the water yet, but are in a much better position.
There can still be some connectivity and speed issues during peak
volume (like the weekends) until all phases are complete.   If you
encounter some issues over the weekend, please contact the NOC, they
may some advice that can help.  Keep in mind that for now, it is still
a good idea to download during non-peak times on weekends if at all
possible for max speeds.

We hope to have a more details on phase 2 at the early part of the
upcoming week.
