We will be shutting off the indexers, decoders and autounrar at 13:00
MST (20:00 UTC).  The projected window of maintenance will be 6 hours.
During this time, no new files will be available since the decoders,
indexers and autounrar are turned off.   Downloading and browsing will
still be available for existing files.

The NNTP will not be affected.
