We are still completing the synchronization of the first wave of new
hardware. It is taking a bit longer than expected.  However, we hope
to be able to move this equipment into production tonight or early
tomorrow.  An announcement will be made prior to the maintenance
window beginning and again after it is completed.

Once this new hardware is in place, we will be able to offer a much
more detailed update and progress estimate.
