We're almost there.  The last of our gear is in transit, and we're configuring
new gear this week.  We're working as fast as we can w/out pushing things too
hard.  We had several times this past weekend where I/O load escalated and
caused a cascade of failures.  We obviously did not free up as many resources
as we hoped.

If you're affected with a support related Web download
issue, please contact Support with URLs up to where the hash.fileextension
ends.  This information allows Support to isolate remaining bottlenecks and
gives the admins a clear path forward to remove them.  If you choose not to
provide this information, the storage upgrades are expected to address all
remaining bottlenecks automatically.

If you're affected with an NNTP download issue, please specify the farm
you're connecting to and, if possible, the NNTP commands causing problems.
