The NNTP migration is complete to the beta servers.  news.easynews.com should
resolve to the European farm or the US farm (via Geo IP location), depending on which is "closest".  We're still tweaking Geo, so you may have better results routing yourself.
You can use the specific hostnames:
*  U.S.    : news.us.easynews.com.
* European : news.eu.easynews.com.

Retention is over 200 days for all users, enjoy!

We had a Zipmanager problem today (backlogged database)  as well as
some thumbnail problems.  Both have been cleared up with the help
of your valuable feedback.
We've been able to significantly reduce the number of issues affecting Web
users this week, so if you're affected with a support related Web download
issue, please contact Support with URLs up to where the hash.fileextension
ends.  This information allows Support to isolate remaining bottlenecks and
gives the admins a clear path forward to remove them.  If you choose not to
provide this information, the storage upgrades are expected to address all
remaining bottlenecks automatically.

Over half of our new gear is here and burning in with the rest having
shipped and arriving early next week.  We'll be copying files to them
for several days and expect them to be ready to go on Monday or Tuesday.

Once the new tanks are in, AutoRar and decoders will be able to do their
work on faster storage, which means faster backlog processing and happier
Members.
We're expecting a full return to normal next week barring any setbacks.
