The recent reports of missing parts on the web (not to be confused with the known gaps in Dec/Jan) appears to be isolated to the some random posts during the backlog/file server crash and recovery period of ~02/28-mid-March and the recent yDecoder backlog that occured this past weekend. I've been told that all parts will appear on the web, but it will take a little bit longer re-feed them through the decoder as the major changes we've implemented over the past month has changed the way we have to approach some previous tasks such as these.
