The autounrar process is still plugging away.  The amount of files
needed to be autounrared each time is shrinking.  As we bring more new
equipment online, we should be able to use new resources to help bring
the autounrar tool up to date at a faster rate.

The issue with files appearing one moment then not not being available
the next (after a refresh or page load) that affected the par viewer
and zip manager appears to be resolved.  We had some DB servers out
synch.  The admins were able to get these back in synch and our
previous examples have been retested and appear to function properly.
